Job Summary
We are seeking an outgoing and ready to learn individual to join our team! Experience is a plus, but not necessary; willing to train the perfect candidate. You will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and sterility of our equipment and instruments, acquiring radiographs and photographs and educating patients on oral hygiene. This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a passion for providing excellent patient care.
Duties
- Assist in the sterilization process by operating sterilization equipment, such as autoclaves and sterilizers.
- Clean and disinfect all equipment, instruments, and surfaces to prevent the spread of infection.
- Monitor the sterilization process to ensure that all equipment and instruments are properly cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized.
- Document all cleaning and sterilization procedures in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent the spread of infection.
- Assist with medical records and documentation as needed.
- Participate in the maintenance and repair of sterilization equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Provide excellent patient care and assist with patient procedures as needed.
- Familiarize yourself with medical terminology and procedures to ensure accurate documentation and communication with healthcare professionals.
- Experience with four-handed dentistry and the use of sterilization equipment.
- Strong communication skills to ensure effective communication with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment and instruments as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
