Responsibilities
- Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Schedule appointments
- Confirm appointments and reschedule no-show appointments
- Work with and follow up with Service Departments to determine outcomes and appointments kept
- Generate letters and thank you cards and emails
- Make CSI follow up calls to all customers
- Answer incoming calls/leads - instant messages - chats
- Greet scheduled customers and introduce them to the Service Manager and Sales Professionals
- Post vehicles with descriptions into our website and keep up to date inventory
- Eventually lead a team of Business Development Specialists
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience helpful
- Previous call center experience a huge plus
- Excellent phone skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to acquire a State of Utah Salesperson License
- Ability to thrive in a production oriented environment is essential
- Valid driver''s license
- Good driving record
- Pass Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
