As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for assisting the Service Department in managing vehicles and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities

• • Drive customer vehicles to and from the service bay as needed.
  • Assist with moving and parking vehicles in the service department.
  • Ensure vehicles are kept clean and organized within the service area.
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service department and surrounding areas.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks
  • including checking tire pressures and fluid levels.
  • Provide assistance to technicians as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager.

Qualifications

• • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
  • including manual transmission
  • and follow all safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Previous experience in an automotive setting or as a porter is a plus
  • but not required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
