- Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Oversee, track, and manage the progress of various projects while independently executing specific deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective resource allocation and smooth project execution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and take the initiative to implement solutions.

Requirements
- A proven track record (5 years) as a personal assistant, project manager, or in a similar role, preferably in the health, wellness, or beauty sectors.
- A self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of independently managing and completing projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Slack, WhatsApp).
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- A stable internet connection and a dedicated home office or quiet workspace.
- A portfolio or references showcasing your expertise in administrative and project execution roles.
