Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Production Operator to join our warehouse team at our Grafton, Wisconsin Cheyenne location. The Production Operator is responsible for operating the machinery as well as inspecting and packaging the product involved in the manufacture of our product by established procedures and guidelines and performing related duties as required. The role is also focused on loading, packaging, or a combination of both. We have openings on the 2nd and 3rd shifts! Hours on the 2nd shift are Monday - Friday from 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm. Hours on the 3rd shift are Sunday night - Thursday night from 10:00 pm - 6:30 am.

Responsibilities
- Preparing machine for production by loading materials, adjusting machine settings
- Counting brushes, inspecting for any defects and packaging
- Labeling products, maintaining organization of the production floor
Qualification
- A High School diploma or GED is required; in some colleges a plus
- Ability to use basic measuring devices
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work while standing or walking 8 hours/day
- Ability to lift to 40 lbs. consistently
