About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Print Production Operator to join our team. As a Print Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating flexographic printing presses, preparing equipment for operation, and performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate flexographic printing presses within company safety standards and department SOPs
- Prepare equipment for operation, ensuring adequate stocking of raw materials
- Perform basic maintenance and advanced troubleshooting tasks as needed
- Monitor supply levels of inks, paper, and other required materials
Requirements
- Knowledge of the setup and operation of a flexographic printing press
- Mechanical aptitude and skills to perform troubleshooting and maintenance
- Ability to count accurately and perform basic arithmetic operations
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with overtime and holidays as required
