Manager, Nutrition Product Management (EMEA and APAC)
Summary
The Manager, Nutrition Product Management oversees the strategic planning and execution of the nutrition product portfolio and marketing initiatives for EMEA and APAC regions. This role balances product lifecycle management with market-specific strategies to drive growth and engagement. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging dotted-line relationships to ensure alignment, consistency, and successful implementation of initiatives.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies tailored to EMEA and APAC markets. (20%)
- Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, positioning, pricing, and discontinuation, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives. (15%)
- Lead regional new product development, including ideation, feasibility analysis, and timely execution. (20%)
- Manage the creation of launch collateral, visual assets, and communications to support product and marketing initiatives. (10%)
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, including competitor benchmarking and consumer behavior insights. (10%)
- Collaborate with global and local teams to adapt product strategies to meet market-specific needs while maintaining brand consistency. (10%)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure the timely launch of products and campaigns. (5%)
- Monitor product performance and marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize results. (5%)
- Act as a liaison between corporate teams and regional markets to streamline communication and execution. (3%)
- Guide and mentor team members with dotted-line reporting relationships to enhance collaboration and productivity. (2%)
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in product management or marketing, including significant international exposure.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, and photocopiers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employees are also expected to work at least one non-convention farm event a year and to work at the annual company convention.
Exact hour requirements can be reasonably modified as necessary for the business needs by the employee’s manager.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to type, file, and occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee must be physically able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
