Salary : Summary :
Young Living is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Regional Sales Manager. This role is key to the coordination, logistics, execution of strategies, communication, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to acquire new business through building rapport and trust with Young Living Members. The Regional Sales Manager would focus on business coaching, nurturing and developing relationships with brand partners, in line with the Young Living core values to exceed service expectations of members, and create initiatives to maximize retention.
Essential Functions :
- Identify member goals and develop strategies and solutions to achieve customer objectives
- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Provide an experience with the members while providing training and education
- Utilize available reporting and work with leadership development manager to identify and develop aleadership pipeline and help them to advance in rank
- Assist in the growth of overall sales, enrollments, member count, and rank advancements
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for region
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and consistently meet or exceed expectations
- Develop specific reports, dashboards and measurements for US Market
- Reach month-to-date (MTD) and year-to-date (YTD) measurements and benchmarks
- Coach field development team and customer experience teams to reach MTD and YTD measurements and benchmarks
- Deliver impactful presentations and training sessions to a live audience of members / brand partners

Work Environment :
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, and photocopiers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and / or diffused in the work environment. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :
This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employees are also expected to work at least one non-convention farm event a year and to work at the annual company convention.
Exact hour requirements can be reasonably modified as necessary for the business needs by the employees manager.
Physical Demands :
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to type, file, and occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee must be physically able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
