POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Vice President of Membership, the Director of Business Systems Resources is responsible for assistance in the implementation, operations, and management of the Daxko Operations System throughout the Association. Primary responsibilities include providing system services to the branches.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Association membership registration procedures and Daxko Operations software.
- Understands all aspects of the Association’s program functions keeping up-to-date with new developments, programs, registration procedures, collection and termination procedures and computer systems.
- Develop, implement, and maintain documentation of policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure effective and correct usage of Daxko software
- Responsible for inputting all programs into Daxko on behalf of our staff and communicating with marketing once uploaded in order to facilitate online sales.
- Respond to requests for assistance from branches and members.
- Handle all new employee onboarding with Daxko weekly.
- Conduct Daxko classes monthly.
- Conduct intermediate Daxko class monthly.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and members.
- Association point of contact/Daxko representative with staff and with Daxko software company
- Produces data analysis, membership reports, and program-related reports as needed
- Maintain high level of communication with branches regarding program information.
- Update association on Daxko updates and changes.
- Respond to requests for assistance from branches and members.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school degree or its equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years related experience is required with at least three years in a supervisory role preferred.
- Daxko experience preferred
- Must have a strong background in accounting, customer service, and software program management.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as tact and diplomacy required.
CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAININGS:
- CPR, First Aid, AED within 30 days for hire
- YMCA safety trainings within 30 days of hire
