The Apple Creek YMCA is hiring a full-time Child Care Services Director to lead our Early Childhood & School Age Child Care departments.
Early childhood care at the Apple Creek Y includes licensed day care and preschool-style part-time classes. School age care includes after school care at a neighboring elementary school and full-time summer school age care, along with art classes, Safe Kids & Babysitting courses.
As a director, you'll build relationships through meetings & correspondence with parents, members, staff, volunteers and our community partners.
Directors serve as a department trainer for child care & emergency response-related trainings. Responsibilities include maintaining program & childcare licensing records with extreme accuracy.
Help build your child care team by hiring, coaching and leading your teaching staff. This position is one of importance to the growth, strength & longevity of the early childhood programming in the Fox Cities.
