The Neenah-Menasha YMCA is hiring part-time Membership Specialists. Membership Specialists provide outstanding customer service and a smiling face to the members & guests entering our branch. A typical day includes greeting members of all ages, answering phones, giving tours, assisting with memberships, light computer work with data entry and so much more. Make an impact in your life and the lives of others when you work at the Y.
This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday 12:00pm to 5:00pm, with opportunity to work an occasional weekend.
- An associate degree is preferred but not required.
- Effectively deliver outstanding customer services to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
- Ability to build meaningful customer relationships that increase retention.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office suite.
