We are a privately-owned outpatient physical therapy and sports performance clinic with two locations in Greenville NC, and Morehead City, NC. Our primary focus is to live through our motto “Together Stronger” to serve the athletes and active population of Eastern North Carolina.
We are able to provide comprehensive treatment plans with our multi-disciplinary team approach that includes; physical therapy, sports performance, athletic training, adult fitness, and recovery services.
General Job Description:
Our Patient Access Representatives are professionals who enjoy interacting and getting to know people, maintains a friendly and positive attitude, can multitask in a fast-paced working environment, and want to serve patients and clients by addressing their needs so that they can achieve their goals and live their best lives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards patients, clients and team members
- Greet patients/clients upon arrival
- Schedule priority patients (athletes, post op) in 24-48 hours
- Ensuring a full clinic schedule daily- Filling appointments as needed
- Entering new client information from referring physicians and calling to schedule in a timely manner
- Collect patient/client payments and ensure all accounts are up to date
- Coordinate appointments for patient/client plan of care
- Obtain medical records from the patient’s referring physician to ensure the provider is able to treat the patient to the best of their ability
- Ensure all patients/clients are receiving above and beyond customer service
- Moving/rescheduling appointments when providers are out of the office
- Knowledgeable on all services the clinic offers
- Scanning and uploading documents into patient charts
- Rescheduling appointments when providers are out of the office
- Providing medical records and office notes to referring physicians and attorney offices, when request
- Office mail
- Maintains the cleanliness of the office, specifically for the front desk, lobby, bathrooms, kitchen and documentation area

- Arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled start time
- Actively listen & participate in team meetings
- Performs other related duties as assigned
