Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting the academic and personal growth of students. This role requires creativity, patience, and intentionality. We are a culture of teamwork :) You will have a co-teacher to support not only you, but every child in this classroom :)
Responsibilities
- Implement frog street curriculum, utilize TS Gold, and CLASS assessment tools. Training provided :)
- Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a productive classroom environment.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to promote child welfare and academic success.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
Requirements
- CDA, associates, bachelor's degree in education, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with students in a classroom or daycare setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
- A genuine passion for teaching and commitment to fostering a safe, nurturing learning environment for all students.
