Position Summary: This position is responsible for leading and developing a high performing Outside Parts Sales team that drives retail parts sales and provides a premium customer experience. This position ensures cross collaboration within the entire Young Trucks Brand and reinforces our organizational values with our customers and employees alike.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Assist the Parts Director in supervising and motivating a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Safety and Compliance: Uphold safety standards and regulations within the OPS Team, implementing and promoting safe work practices to protect employees, customers, and equipment.
- Lead and manage the OPS staff by providing coaching, training, and development.
- Cultivate and sustain a culture of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints/issues as needed.
- Ensure all sales territories are staffed properly and fill in as needed.
- Ensure that department standards are met.
- Handle timecards for direct reports.
- Assist in the hiring and training of all new and existing sales staff.
- Handle all performance reviews for direct reports.
- Oversee use of CRM with OPS.
Qualifications:
- High school education or its equivalent is required.
- Ability to bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lb.
- Possess good time management, ability to prioritize, attention to detail, and basic computer skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and outside –the-box thinking.
