Job Title: Parts Counter Staff (front Counter)
Reports to: Parts Manager
Direct Reports: None
HOURS: MONDAY-THURSDAY FROM 11 AM-9:30 PM. [This shift will also help backfill the 1:30 p.m.-midnight shift if needed.]
Position Summary: As a Parts Counter Specialist, you will be an integral part of our organization's parts department, catering to the needs of our customers, technicians, and service personnel. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service by assisting with parts inquiries, orders, and ensuring a seamless process for sourcing, selling, and managing parts.

Key Roles:
- Greeting customers and helping them with orders.
- Knowing where stock is located.
- Assisting team members to complete tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Using the VIN number, locate the correct part needed in an efficient manner. Quote and order or pull available parts.
- Assure the correct account number is used for shipping to the customer and billing.
- Complete all warranty information and credit cores when needed.
- Keep the work area clean, and organized and displays stocked.
Qualifications:
- High school education or its equivalent
- Able to lift 50 lb.
- Possess good time management, ability to prioritize, attention to detail, and basic computer skills.
- Able to multitask.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills
