Position Overview:
The Junior Account Executive will work closely with senior sales and account management teams to develop and maintain client relationships, assist in the sales process, and contribute to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and support.
- Sales Support:
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Help manage client accounts, ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Research and identify new leads and potential clients within the target market.
- Cold call and email prospects to generate interest in company services.
- Help manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to track sales activities and opportunities.
- Product Knowledge & Consultation:
- Gain a strong understanding of our IT service offerings (managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of our solutions and how they address their specific business needs.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with Account Managers, Sales, and Technical Teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Assist in resolving client issues and ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role (preferably in IT services, technology, or related industries).
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working within Google Workspace.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and sales processes.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the IT services field.
- Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, such as cloud computing, managed IT services, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with CRM tools or sales software.
