Production Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production team, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards within our facility. This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and a thorough understanding of assembly line processes in a factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage and train production staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee the assembly and fabrication of products using hand tools and power tools.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in the manufacturing facility.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to production operations.
• Collaborate with other departments, including warehouse and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance regularly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery is preferred.
• Experience working with assembly lines and understanding of fabrication processes.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
