Responsibilities
- Assist the company's Executive Assistant with any needed task that may need to be completed
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office space. Make sure the lobby, conference room tables, kitchen, and common areas are sanitized after appointments
- Ensure all company monthly mailings are completed within specific frequency deadlines
- Manage cultivation of internet future clients from acquisition to conversion
- Record and track future clients and their sources
- Maintain contact database system and back-office support
- Track advertising responses and prepare a weekly report for the team leader
- Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries
- Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed
- Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks in the office, managing phone systems, coordinating appointments, maintaining office supplies, and providing general support to staff members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software, and have experience in team management.
