Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including filing and proofreading documents as needed.
- Assist with office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars. .
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the facility.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
- Experience with dental receptionist duties is a plus.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment.
