Employee Benefits Producer - Remote / Dallas (Project Management)
As an Employee Benefits Producer at Your-Policy, you'll help clients across all industries to develop, obtain, and manage effective employee benefits strategies that help the companies grow and maintain a healthy, thriving workforce. Employee Benefits Producers are responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining valuable relations with prospects and clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and acquire new business revenue through direct business to business sales.
- Collaborate with other sales verticals to introduce Your-Policy's full product line to broaden the scope and impact of client relationships (Commercial P&C, Payroll, etc.).
- Consult with clients and demonstrate deep technical expertise to reduce cost, risk, and improve the overall competitiveness of benefits plans.
- Build and maintain effective relationships across the company that are consistent with our workplace culture.
