What You'll Do:
- Proactively generate new commercial insurance leads through outbound B2B sales efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Market and sell commercial insurance products, tailoring solutions to client needs
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while cross-selling within the current book of business
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure the best solutions for clients
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards
- Stay current on industry regulations and market trends to best serve client needs
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Producer or in a related B2B sales role
- Strong prospecting and outbound sales skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, agency management systems (e.g., Hawksoft and Salesforce), and Slack for communication
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Relevant insurance licenses preferred
