Requirements

What You'll Do :

  • Plan and book travel arrangements, including accommodation, flights, and experiences.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to assist with inquiries, bookings, changes, and cancelations.
  • Partner with vendors to source hotels, venues, and negotiate contracts.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and provide receipts as needed.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements are accurately documented and meet client expectations.

    Requirements

    Qualifications : No experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing mentorship Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively with other team members and external vendors Familiarity with global travel regulations and requirements is a plus Technology Proficient : Comfortable using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Able to work non-standard hours as required. Full-time and Part-time positions available Expected Hours : 15 to 40 hours per week

    Salary : $65,000
