Job Description
Interested in interior decorating? Our growing local workroom is looking for a full time customer service representative and scheduler to be a part of this exciting business. We design, create and install custom window treatments for all of Southwest Florida. We are a welcoming, family orientated business that supports the capabilities of each of our team members. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones promptly, greeting clients in a professional manner
- Take and deliver messages accurately
- Point of contact for clients and designers
- Handle customer complaints by providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Scheduling installations and consultations for multiple people
- Receive shipments and verify that contents are correct
- Labeling and documenting outgoing products
- Managing the warehousing of products
- Learn about products to be able to answer any questions from clients
- Learn multiple software systems used by the company

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
