Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for aviation maintenance? We are seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to coordinate and manage maintenance activities for our Mobile Repair Teams (MRT) and Remote Hangar Facility . This is a critical role in ensuring our maintenance operations run efficiently, resources are properly allocated, and customer expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, schedule, and coordinate all MRT maintenance events , including operations at our Buckhannon facility.
Work closely with maintenance teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient task execution .
Manage and communicate schedule changes with all relevant personnel.
Oversee transportation logistics for Mobile Repair Teams.
Coordinate and track the shipping and return of tool sets , including inventory management.
Ensure timely delivery of parts requests to support maintenance activities.
Expedite the scheduling and return of reworked components .
Keep customers informed on work progress and completion timelines.
Ensure expedited invoicing upon job completion.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts, and inventory .
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and adjust schedules as needed.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment .
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance operations.

What You Bring to the Team :

Proven Experience as a Maintenance Scheduler or in a similar role.

Strong Knowledge of maintenance processes and scheduling best practices.

Excellent Organizational & Time Management Skills to handle multiple priorities.

Ability to Communicate Effectively with technicians, management, and customers.

Proficiency in Maintenance Management Software and office applications.

Attention to Detail to ensure accurate tracking of maintenance tasks and resources.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field is a plus).
