The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the Medicare or insurance industry .
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare regulations, plan options, and sales processes.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving team success.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of 10-12 Medicare Consultants, providing coaching, training, and ongoing support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Set clear sales goals and performance expectations for the team and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume, customer satisfaction, and overall team success.
- Monitor and manage team performance metrics, such as conversion rates, call handle time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and company policies by conducting regular audits and providing training as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including recruitment, and sales operations, to optimize team performance and enhance processes.
