What You’ll Be Doing:
- Employee & Manager Support – Serve as a trusted HR advisor, helping managers and employees navigate company policies, resolve concerns, and create a workplace where everyone feels valued.
- HR Compliance & Administration – Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws, and supporting HR initiatives across multiple locations.
- Process & Policy Development – Assist in refining and documenting HR procedures to create a smooth and transparent experience for employees and leadership.
- HRIS & Data Management – Keep personnel files and HR systems (HRIS) accurate and up to date while analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration & Vendor Management – Act as the bridge between Your Policy LLC and external partners, ensuring seamless HR operations and employee support.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 3 years of HR experience in a multi-site environment.
- Education: BA/BS preferred but not required if you have strong HR expertise.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws (multi-state experience a plus!).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office; experience with UKG Ready or Workday HR is a bonus.
- People & Problem-Solving Skills: You’re a strong communicator who can balance empathy with business needs.
- Analytical Mindset: You can interpret data and translate insights into meaningful HR recommendations.
- Extra Credit: PHR certification or experience with mergers & acquisitions.
