Personal Lines Insurance Producer – Your Policy

Your Policy LLC is a forward-thinking, client-first insurance agency dedicated to delivering personalized coverage solutions. We’re looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Producer to drive new business and expand our personal insurance client base. In this role, you’ll connect with potential clients, educate them on their coverage options, and close deals to help them protect their assets.
What You'll Do:
- Proactively generate new personal insurance leads through outbound sales efforts
- Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Write and bind new personal lines policies, including home, auto, and more
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and digital outreach
- Work closely with carriers to find competitive solutions for clients
- Stay informed on industry trends to remain a trusted advisor
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in personal lines insurance sales or outbound B2C sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance management systems
- Relevant insurance licenses preferred
