Key Responsibilities
- Business Strategy & Operations :
- Collaborate with the owner to develop and execute strategic plans for growth.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all business areas.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven automation or augmentation solutions.
- Financial Analysis & Planning :
- Create financial models for real estate acquisitions and development projects.
- Analyze budgets, cash flow, and revenue streams to optimize profitability.
- Conduct due diligence on off-market property acquisitions.
- Marketing & Customer Acquisition :
- Develop and refine data-driven marketing strategies for self-storage customer acquisition.
- Analyze marketing metrics (CAC, LTV) to improve campaign performance.
- Leverage tools like CRM systems and AI platforms for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Real Estate Development & Management :
- Assist with property acquisition negotiations and feasibility studies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and construction oversight for development projects.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in real estate.
What We’re Looking For?
We are seeking a driven and versatile professional with a strong background in business operations, finance, marketing, and or real estate. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a similar role and possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should be highly skilled in financial modeling and data analysis, with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
We value candidates who are tech-savvy, with expertise in CRM or ERP systems, and who are familiar with leveraging AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Experience in the self-storage industry or real estate development is a plus, as is knowledge of permitting and zoning processes. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be working closely with ownership to drive strategic initiatives and oversee critical aspects of the business.
