What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Credible Messenger position at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.?
Status: Full-Time Hourly
FLSA classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of the Position: The primary responsibility of the Lead Credible Messenger is to initialize, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned clients and their families. All service plans will be based on a strength-based approach using the wrap around model.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent and experience working with target population.
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of Community Resources.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage is required.
- Bi-Lingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
