Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
What You Will Do
Schedule: M-F, 8:30am-5pm, Hybrid schedule with 3 office days and 2 remote days upon completing training.

Postion Summary
Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Extend verbal offers and prepare written offer letters, and coordinate a smooth onboarding for new hires
- Coordinate with finance to ensure that FTEs are correct and prepare for newly added positions or position modifications
- Use job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source qualified candidates
- Partner with local colleges and universities for active recruitment, attending networking events, career fairs, and other school events
- Promote the company’s brand to attract top talent through effective communication and participation in social media and events
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular recruitment updates
- Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with company policies and employment regulations
- Collaborate with HR to align hiring strategies with organizational goals and staffing needs
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices

Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- 2 years of experience in full-cycle, recruiting, sourcing, and talent management (preferred)
- Knowledge of non-profit industry (preferred)
- HR certificate (preferred)
