Plan and manage screening calls, phone, and in-person interviews.
Maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams to provide updates.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and policies.
Analyze hiring trends and anticipate future talent needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
Source candidates using various platforms and networks.
Advertise job openings and partner with employment agencies, colleges, and industry groups.
Track and report recruitment metrics to leadership.
Perform background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings.
Stay updated on HR trends, employment laws, and organizational policies.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and share insights with stakeholders.
Assist with special HR projects, open enrollment, and other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Specialist :
4 years of full cycle recruiting experience
Experience seeking talent and assisting with onboarding
