- Oversight of daily operations and direct care staff activities
- Ensure proper use and training of Youth Development System (YDS)
- Promote cleanliness and quality improvement
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of reports and forms
- Schedule direct-care staff shifts
- Ensure policy and procedure compliance
- Administer oral medications
- Assist in performance evaluations
- Oversee residential facility during supervisor's absence
- Maintain National Youth Care Certification
- Assign daily responsibilities to staff
- Ensure completion of shift duties and proper medication dispensing
- Maintain clean, neat, and safe facilities
- Arrange resident transportation as needed
- Oversee facility safety coordination
- Supervise Youth Development Specialists and ensure full staffing
- Follow all agency policies and procedures
- Coordinate and train direct care staff
- First-line supervision of shift leads and youth care staff
- Work flexible schedule as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Access protected health information when trained and authorized
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or associate degree and 4 years directly related experience with 2 years of experience in a residential facility, or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8 years directly related experience, 6 years must be in a residential setting. Will considers years of experience in lieu of degree.
