What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Resource Aide position at Youth Health Service, Inc?
The Family Resource Aide provides support to Family Resource Center programming that may include: providing resource linkage to caregivers and families accessing services, coordinating the schedule of events for the center, providing support during scheduled events, marketing events and services for the center. This professional works with the Family Resource Specialist, Family Resource Director and Agency Leadership Team to achieve goals of the Center and sustain the overall mission and vision of YHS to provide quality care to those in the service area.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required and a demonstrated commitment to the community of residence and relevant volunteer experience is essential. The successful candidate will have a desire to cultivate the well-being of families in Randolph County, WV and be able to work as part of a team to improve service delivery. The Family Resource Aide must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-motivated, environment in which regular interactions with the community is necessary; he/she must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and communicate effectively with others to be successful in the position.
Must be able to lift/move up to 50lbs, pass required background checks and utilize personal vehicle (with mileage reimbursement) to achieve program goals.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
