As the Staffing and Administrative Manager , you will manage our residential program's schedules, including our Emergency Shelter and Transitional Living Group Home. You will maintain oversight of administrative tasks in the Shelter adn Group Home and supervise relief staff.

This Position :
- We are interested in someone with an Associate's in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field, OR a High School Diploma / Equivalent and four (4) years experience in Human Services, OR a combination of experience and education equal to above.
- You must be familiar with at-risk youth behaviors / barriers, have experience working with at-risk youth and in a residential setting.
- Ability to be CPR certified and obtain Class E Driver's License are required.
- Some weekend and nights will be required.
