Summer Lifeguard

Job Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and attentive individual to join our team as a Lifeguard. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests at our pool facility. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:
- Monitor pool area to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all guests
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent any potential hazards
- Perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to identify any potential safety hazards
- Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
- Provide excellent guest service by addressing any questions or concerns in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements & Skills:

-Must be 18 years or older
- Lifeguard certification required
- Strong swimming skills and ability to react quickly in emergency situations
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to remain focused for extended periods of time
