QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education / Experience Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for janitorial tasks associated with cleanliness, sanitation, minor maintenance and housekeeping of buildings, grounds and vehicles. This employee is responsible for following safe work practices and maintaining safe environments in compliance with established standards, regulations and generally accepted practices.
TASKS/DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, etc.
- Daily monitoring of all repair and general maintenance needs of facility and equipment and report to supervisor promptly.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, tools, and maintenance, supplies.
- Request in advance all needed supplies from Supervisor.
- Report any major repair and improvement needs to Supervisor promptly.
- Responsible for outdoor work to maintain building and grounds.
- Responsible for compliance with fire, health and safety standards.
- Follow and complete daily duty list.
- Maintain positive relationship with clients.
- Attend required training as assigned.
- Respond to on-call emergencies as needed.
- Employees are required to use their personal vehicles in certain circumstances and as directed in the performance of their job duties.
