Roles & Responsibilities :

Work closely with CEO and Program Manager to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
Manage Program Manager to coordinate and manage program initiatives.
Identify key requirements for program success and community stakeholders.
Develop and manage budget for program and be accountable for managing grant compliance and reporting.
Work with other community stakeholders and local law enforcement to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the community.
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for program outcomes and funders.

Required Experience and / or Qualifications :

Five or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management.

Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.

Experience in managing stakeholders.

Working knowledge of digital marketing.

Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.

Reports to : CEO

Employee or Contractor : Full-Time Employee

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : Up to $65,000.00 per year
