In this role, you will be responsible for operationalizing and managing Youtube's Partner Program (YPP) Sensitive Content Policies. The role will require you to work cross-functionally across Scaled Abuse, Ads Policy, Product, and Policy Development to develop and operationalize policies that minimize brand risk to the platform, are scalable, and clearly communicated to creators.
You will think through the unique challenges of a broad array of policy areas (e.g., Hate, Misinformation, etc.) while developing processes that are consistent and resilient.

Responsibilities
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize Youtube Partner Program (YPP) policies and launch YPP policies.
- Drive and implement enforcement process solutions across multiple Trust and Safety teams (including Enforcement and Operations, Ads Policy, and Scaled Abuse).
- Keep the creator in mind and ensure workflows reflect policy guidelines, and work closely with global vendors to enforce sensitive policies and ensure high-quality.
- Manage escalations related to YPP Sensitive policies and help scale the escalation triage workflow, and manage the sensitive content policy workflows, from designing scalable infrastructure solutions to escalation management.
- Review graphic, controversial, and offensive video content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
