Key Responsibilities
πΉ Brand Collaboration & Strategy β Partner with brands to identify and onboard the right TikTok creators who align with their audience and sales goals.
πΉ Creator Activation & Performance Management β Train and guide influencers on crafting high-converting short video content that drives GMV growth.
πΉ Community Engagement (Discord Management) β Build and maintain an active creator community on Discord, sharing updates, best practices, and fostering collaboration.
πΉ Ongoing Creator Training β Develop training sessions, workshops, and resources to help influencers improve their content strategy, sales techniques, and platform performance.
πΉ Data-Driven Optimization β Monitor creator performance, analyze content effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign results.
πΉ Influencer Outreach & Relationship Building β Establish and nurture long-term relationships with a network of mid-tier creators, ensuring ongoing collaborations.
πΉ Cross-Team Coordination β Work closely with internal teams (Live, TAP) to align influencer strategies with broader brand and platform objectives.
πΉ Market Trend Analysis β Stay ahead of TikTok Shop trends, identify new opportunities for brand-creator partnerships, and recommend best practices for scaling sales.
Requirements:
βοΈ 1 years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or e-commerce (TikTok Shop experience preferred).
βοΈ Experience in training and mentoring influencers, with a strong ability to educate and guide them toward better performance.
βοΈ Familiarity with Discord community management, ensuring creators stay engaged and informed.
βοΈ Strong understanding of short-form video marketing and how to drive sales through creator content.
βοΈ Experience working with brands and helping them leverage influencer partnerships for revenue growth.
βοΈ Excellent communication & negotiation skills β Able to manage relationships with both creators and brands effectively.
βοΈ Data-driven mindset β Skilled at analyzing performance metrics to refine and improve content strategies.
βοΈ Highly organized & proactive β Comfortable handling multiple campaigns, creators, and brand partners simultaneously.
βοΈ Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
