- Financial Management: Keep our books clean, handle invoicing, manage bank reconciliations, and track expenses.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Make sure bills are paid on time and invoices get out the door.
- Payroll & Taxes: Process payroll, file tax documents, and keep us compliant.
- Banking & Reconciliations: Manage business bank accounts, credit cards, and keep everything balanced.
- Office Administration: Oversee daily operations, manage vendor relationships, and make sure the team has what they need.
- Process Improvement: Help us streamline financial workflows and make things run even smoother.
- Confidential & Strategic Support: Handle sensitive financial data with integrity and assist with key business decisions.
✔ 3 years of bookkeeping and office management experience (or a rock-solid understanding of financial processes).
✔ Expertise in QuickBooks (seriously, you should feel at home in it).
✔ Strong understanding of business financials, invoicing, and taxes.
✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented—you don’t miss a thing.
✔ Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
✔ A self-starter mindset—you take initiative and figure things out.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
✔ Excellent communication skills (you’ll be interacting with vendors, accountants, and team members).
➕ You have experience with business taxes, reporting, and financial forecasting.
➕ You’ve worked in an entrepreneurial or fast-growth company.
➕ You have experience with CRM or business management software.
