We are a cosmetology school, seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, typing, and document preparation.
- Utilize Google Suite for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns effectively.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Support medical reception tasks as needed, including patient check-in and appointment scheduling.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately for documentation purposes.
- Experience in computerized systems for managing appointments and records is a plus.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
