Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our Office Operations. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of HR generalist skills.
- Perform receptionist duties including answering the phone, greeting customers and answering customer questions.
- Assist in the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Respond to employee inquiries.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Quickly learn and effectively use QuickBooks software.
- Assist with various office operations projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent,
- Autonomous/Independent - enjoys working with little direction,
- Microsoft Office proficiency: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Bilingual.
- Experience as an HR Assistant, Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
