YSS is looking for a passionate and committed Program Manager to join our team, overseeing our CWES (Crisis and Wellness Emergency Services) and Adolescent Residential programs. This role includes supervising staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining adherence to standards and guidelines, and fostering collaboration internally and externally. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising all relative staff and interns.
- Managing hiring, training, and performance management to foster a professional and collaborative environment.
- Collaborating with program directors to ensure effective service delivery and adherence to organizational standards.
- Overseeing the implementation and fidelity of treatment programs, ensuring services are provided in a nurturing and safe environment.
- Developing strong staff and client schedules and ensure all client documentation is completed regularly.
- Conducting regular reviews of program efficiency and compliance with accreditation standards, addressing areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Services or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in youth services, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in managing residential or crisis facilities.
- Is patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others.
- Speaks a language(s) in addition to English.
- Has personal knowledge and understanding gained through lived experience and the ability to draw on that experience to support others on the journey to stability, recovery, and healing.
