Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws/regulations.
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures consistently across sites.
- Recruit, train, and oversee team members in remote locations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive work culture and resolve conflicts.
- Develop and manage budgets for each site.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve business performance.
- Implement company-wide initiatives and ensure alignment across locations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Address customer complaints and ensure high service quality.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements.
- Regularly visit sites to assess performance and address issues.
- Conduct audits and ensure operational consistency.
- Meet with local teams to understand challenges and provide support.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Address emergencies and crisis situations effectively.
- Ensure safety and security measures are in place at all locations.
- Provide assistance to the Head of company
- Payroll management
- Create monthly consolidated billing reports and maintain/update supplemental documents
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies.
- Excellent collaboration skills, particularly in sales environments.
- Solid understanding of profit and loss analysis and financial metrics.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution within a business context.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be bi-lingual: English and Korean
