Our office is a modern, family-oriented, and positive environment with a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a dedicated candidate who is eager to grow with our company. This position reports to the Vice President of Integration, who oversees Mergers & Acquisitions.
The role requires occasional travel within and outside the state to support new office development and assist in training new staff from acquisitions. Travel will be planned as far in advance as possible, though candidates should be prepared for schedule adjustments with at least one week’s notice.
The selected candidate will complete a 30-day training period before receiving full benefits, while the posted salary is effective from the start date. A formal resume is required for consideration, and really resumes will not be reviewed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage document handling through scanning, emailing, faxing, and e-filing.
- Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Facilitate the opening of new accounts and oversee associated processes.
- Process and address account service requests promptly and efficiently.
- Answer client phone calls and provide professional support as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Redtail CRM, and Monday.com for daily tasks and project management.
- Travel periodically to new office locations to support development initiatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding new Financial Advisors during M&A projects.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Starting salary is $60,000 per year. Relevant experience includes:
- Working with data entry, numbers, sensitive and confidential information
- Directly working in the financial services industry
- Experience working with our Broker Dealer, LPL Financial
- Education in finance, having financial certifications, and/or securities licenses
Bonus opportunities are available and dependent on involvement with projects, performance and tenure. Bonuses are not capped and can start at $5,000 per year.

Schedule:

- 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional after hours
- Candidates should be open to occasional weekend work to support larger projects, manage heavier workloads, and attend local company events as needed.
