We are seeking a senior environmental health specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience in asbestos investigations, sampling, and report writing. Additionally, they will assist Project Managers with oversight project management, quality control visits, development, and review of abatement and remediation plans.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Current NYC DEP Asbestos Investigator license.
- NYS Asbestos Inspector certification.
- Degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in asbestos inspections/investigations, knowledge of applicable regulations for New York State and New York City.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Investigating and sampling asbestos and other hazardous substances.
- Writing investigation reports.
- Assisting Project Managers with management of asbestos abatement oversight projects and quality control visits.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- OSHA 10-hr. and OSHA 30-hr. Construction Safety certifications.
