Job Summary : Responsible for accounting operations, production of periodic reports and maintenance of account records along with accurate and timely financial management of the organization; supervise and mentor accounting staff.
- Oversee the accounting operations and ensure the reporting and control systems fall within the parameters set by the parent company.
- Responsible for monthly close and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with GAAP, state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards.
- Responsible for the Company’s General Ledger. Provide support and guidance to Accounting team to ensure timely and accuracy of financial records.
- Responsible for Fixed Asset Ledger and capital spending processes, including spending tracking and post-capitalization audit and analysis.
- Lead the annual financial audit and serve as liaison between the Company and the auditing firm.
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal control guidelines and policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing the annual budget, forecasts, and long-term planning.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
