Your efforts will focus on addressing customer concerns and enhancing their telecom experience, ultimately helping to reduce churn and improve retention rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Retention: Proactively reach out to at-risk customers, offering tailored solutions to address issues and prevent cancellations.
- Issue Resolution: Address billing, service, or technical complaints, ensuring efficient and satisfactory resolution in a timely manner.
- Product Education: Educate customers about telecom features, upgrades, and new services, enhancing their overall experience.
- Data Reporting: Monitor customer trends and retention metrics, providing valuable feedback to management for continuous service improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Technical teams to address customer needs, optimize service delivery, and improve overall satisfaction.
- Upsell/Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or upgrades that align with customers' needs and preferences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
