We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in customer handling and will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and concerns, ensuring that each customer interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product/service information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback with management.
- Handle difficult situations or complaints in a calm, patient, and professional manner.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of products, services, and company policies to deliver high-quality customer support.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer handling role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).

Pay: $14.99 - $15.00 per hour
