Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the customer domain platform (CDP), ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and workflows using AWS, Azure, GCP cloud services.
- Implement and maintain databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Develop and maintain data engineering tools and scripts using Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner. Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure their requirements are met.
- Implement and oversee data governance policies and practices.
- Manage release processes and ensure smooth deployment of data solutions.
- Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines for data engineering projects.
- Lead and manage a small team of data engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
